What occasions can I use candy
bars for?
Just about anything! Personalized candy bars are a unique gift idea
that is sure to generate some conversation. Use them to announce any
event or hand them out as party favors. Wrappers are great for weddings,
birth announcements, retirement
parties, bar/bat mitzvahs
or any event where people like chocolate.

How about seed packets or wine labels?
Like candy wrappers, personalized seed packets make wonderful favors
for wedding receptions, birthday parties, retirement celebrations,
baptisms or Christenings. Use a customized label on bottles as housewarming
gifts, wedding presents, or for the wine being served at a wedding
reception or other celebration. See examples of how to use these products

Can you put a photograph on the product?
Yes, if you have a scanned or digital photograph, send it to us at
images@capeimages.com and
we can incorporate it into a personalized design. If you dont
have a digital image, mail us a photograph and well scan it
for you and return the photograph unharmed with your order. Heres

How do I wrap the candy bars?
Our wrappers fit perfectly on a regular size Nestle Crunch bar.
Just wrap them around the original manufacturer's wrapper, and glue
where the paper overlaps. We'll provide you with a glue stick. Check
out our designer wrappers.
The minimum order is 20 wrappers, but you can order any number above
that.

What kind of candy do you
recommend?
We suggest the 1.55 oz. Hershey or Nestle Crunch chocolate bars. We can't
guarantee how our labels will fit other types of candy bars.

Can you do HEREHEIS or HERESHEIS
birth announcements?
Sorry, we cant. The HERE HE IS and HERE SHE IS trademarks
are licensed by Homestead, Inc., a subsidary of Hershey Foods
Corporation. Cape Fear Images is unable to use these designs,
or anything that resembles a Hershey label or product. However,
we do offer a variety of colorful birth announcements designs
that we know you will be very happy with.

What size bottles do the wine labels fit?
Our full size labels measure 5.5 by 4 inches and
will fit most standard 750 ml wine or champagne bottles. We do recommend that
you check the label dimensions on the brand you plan to use. If you need your
labels in a different size to fit a particular bottle, let us know. There is
no extra charge for customizing the dimensions on full size labels. Our mini-wine
labels measure 4 by 2.5 inches and fit standard mini-wine bottles and champagne splits.

How do I put the label on my bottle?
Our labels are printed on adhesive-backed stock. Remove the peel-off backing and,
starting at the left or right edge, carefully press the label against the bottle.
We don't recommend attempting to remove the original label from your wine or champagne
bottle. If it has an unusual size, let us know the dimensions your customized label
will need so it completely covers the original label. Some customers prefer to put their
customized labels on the back of the bottle, so the original label also shows. The main
thing: let us know when you order if you need your label to be anything other than the
standard 5.5 by 4 inch size.

Why do you have a "design charge"?
Every order we fill is unique, designed to meet the needs of each customer and
a once-in-a-lifetime event. Our designers put their time and creative talents
to work for your order, work that has to be done whether you order one or 1,000
copies. So most products include a one-time $9.95 design charge that's independent
of the quantity ordered. The price "per item," which is shown separately, reflects
the cost of materials, printing, assembly, etc.

Where can I buy wine? Do you sell wine?
We are in the personalized design and printing business; we aren't wine merchants.
Many states don't permit wine to be shipped directly to consumers. Because every state
has its own complex rules about how wine is sold, we can offer only general advice
about the best way to buy wine or champagne for your event. In some states, wine is
sold in grocery stores and/or specialized wine shops. Other states limit wine sales
to specially licensed liquor stores or even to state-owned stores. Wineries are
generally permitted to sell their own product direct to consumers, but not necessarily
across state lines.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, AMEX, Discover, personal or business checks,
and money orders. Checks must clear before we can begin work on your
order. So if time is short, credit card payment is preferable. Checks
or money orders should be mailed to: Cape Images, 5621 Athens Lane,

How long does an order take?
We ask that you allow 10 to 14 business days to receive your
order. The exception is birth announcements, which we try to
turn around much more quickly. If you waited
until the last minute to place an order, please give us a call
and we will do our best to get your order to you in time for your
event. Note that orders paid by check will be delayed until the
check clears. (See previous paragraph.)

How do you ship?
O rders are shipped via UPS. You may choose ground, second day air or next
day air shipping, but we normally recommend ground. For most locations
on the East Coast, ground shipping is just as fast as second day air
-- and costs a lot less. But if necessary to meet a tight deadline for
your event, we suggest that you do choose UPS second day or next day.
All UPS shipping is guaranteed and trackable. Samples are typically sent
by U.S. Mail.
